Construction began in February 2021 and was completed by March 2023. Hartland Waves comprises a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Amenities include barbecue facilities, covered parking, fitted wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling windows, food and beverage outlets, a gymnasium, an infinity pool, a kids’ play area, an outdoor gymnasium and yoga and meditation areas.
The tower is located in the “Waterfront District” although, at the time of writing, construction on the canal has not yet started.
Hartland Waves will be directly accessible to the 1.8km boardwalk (not yet built) along the waterfront.
The tower will have 360 degree views of the Dubai skyline, the Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Racecourse, Meydan One Mall, and Dubai Creek.
According to the developer: “Every single detail has been curated with precision, ensuring Sobha’s signature quality throughout the project.”
The project was completed in a record schedule within 24 months, ahead of schedule.
