The same complex includes Marina Diamond 1. It began in 2004 and was finished in 2006. Diamond Investments LLC is the developer of the tower, which has 15 stories and 194 residential apartments. Studio, one, and two-bedroom units are available for selection. The tower has a number of amenities, such as two swimming pools, a fully furnished gym, a steam and sauna room, and round-the-clock security.
The building is only eighteen minutes’ drive from the Dubai Mall, and it takes ten minutes to reach Palm Jumeirah. Jumeirah Lake Towers and the tower are relatively near to one another. After around five minutes of driving, people can also stroll down The Walk, JBR. The distance between Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai International Airport is about thirty minutes.
