Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a premium residential project, which is considered to become the tallest residential building in the world.

The tower is expected to have more than 100 floors housing two collections of luxurious residential units; ‘Sapphire’ apartments with two bedrooms, and ‘Emerald Suites’ with three bedrooms.

The upper part of the Binghati Jacob & Co Residences tower houses five exclusive penthouses – ‘floating on top of the world’ – and offering grand vistas of the city skyline. The penthouses come in three types: Fleurs de Jardin Penthouse, Astronomia Penthouse and Billionaire Penthouse.

The Billionaire Penthouse occupies two entire floors and comes with a cinema, an infinity pool, a gym, multiple dining rooms, at least seven bedrooms, maids and chauffeur’s room, a massage room and a snooker lounge.

The tower was designed in partnership with luxury jeweler and watch designer, Jacob & Co.

The interiors and furnishing are inspired by Jacob & Co’s watches and luxury goods.

The illuminated crown of the tower is inspired by the signature Jacob diamonds.
